Common Cause (Cultprosvit) is an archive of local artistic practices in Chernihiv, focusing on the Сultprosvit initiative. The Cultprosvit community consists of artists, photographers, managers, designers, musicians, researchers, activists, and others who were transforming the city’s cultural landscape from 2010 to 2020. Some artists are currently defending Ukraine and have changed their artistic practices to military service. Some members of the community continue to engage in cultural and artistic projects . My main goal is to archive the artistic practices of our community before and during the war, with the chief tools consisting in the organization of materials related to community activities, questionnaires, photo and video recordings ,interviews, and articles. This will help create a future catalogue and exhibition of artistic practices of Сultprosvit.
