The project involves recording the damages sustained by shelled houses and documenting the stories of the families that inhabit them, as part of the work of the “Brave Foundation.”
The mechanics of the project are as follows:
Arrival: An engineer and a journalist arrive to a location with damaged buildings. Either beforehand or on the spot they agree to meet with the residents of the building. The engineer records damages to the building, while the journalist conducts interviews with families who lived/continue to live in the building, particularly noting their urgent needs.
Processing: According to the records, the engineer conducts a price list for the renovation works (a list of damages, work costs, material costs, etc.), and the journalist prepares a reportage about the history of the family.
Publication: The price list and the story are then published with partner media outlets.
