I will create a collection of short stories called “Hotel Tranquility.” It will include 15 stories. All stories will be related to the events of the Russian war in Ukraine. Some of the stories will directly relate to the war―the characters will be participants in hostilities, the events will take place in occupied or bordering occupied territories. I will create these stories from the words of real eyewitnesses, my friends who serve in the army, and acquaintances who left the territories occupied by Russia. Other stories will relate to the war indirectly, echoing the consequences of this war: these stories will be important to show how the war resonates throughout the world. I intend to make the book as personal as possible, and reflect a wide range of events and emotions that have shaped Ukrainians and entire world. “Hotel Tranquillity” will be published by the Meridian Czernowitz publishing house.
