This project will consist of a series of 10 interviews with representatives of diasporic and migrant groups in Ukraine who have experienced double-displacement and war. Our aim is to amplify the voices of those who are rarely heard in the context of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, yet whose experiences are crucial for fostering global solidarity with Ukraine.
We will interview individuals who have been living in Ukraine for years or decades and have intersecting traumas and experiences of living through war and displacement. By sharing their stories, we hope to shed light on the complex realities faced by these communities and highlight the resilience and solidarity that have emerged in response to these challenges.
