GRANTEE
The project Experiencing the War: Religious Dimension aims to collect interviews with religious leaders or active members of religious organizations in Ukraine about their life during the Russo-Ukrainian War. During a four-month period starting November 2023, it is planned to conduct 10 interviews, transcribe them, translate them into English and publish them on the official website of the NGO Workshop for the Academic Study of Religions. All interviews will be compiled in a bilingual book entitled Experiencing the War: Religious Dimension, the presentation of which will commemorate the second year of the ongoing war. The collected materials will be analyzed by religious experts, and the resulting expertise will be published as an academic article in an international specialized journal. The video recordings of the conducted interviews will be transferred to the interdisciplinary archive of the project Documenting Ukraine.
