Chornobyl At War

The project will collect evidence and information about the occupation of Chornobyl during the Russian war against Ukraine. It will include stories of the occupation of the Chornobyl NPP, the exclusion zone, Slavutych, Ivankiv Region, the shelling of the Zaporizhyia NPP and Energodar city occupation, and finally, the shelling of the Kharkiv NPU (Neutron source based on a subcritical assembly controlled by a linear electron accelerator), which is located on the site of the National Research Center at the Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology. It collects more than 20 interviews with people held hostage, comprising video interviews with five hostages and 10 audio interviews. The project is also made up of photos and videos from an exploratory trip to Chornobyl, as well as materials from open sources. All these materials will be published on the project's website.
