Gathering folklore (songs, legends, etc.) in the villages of Slobozhanshchyna and reviving old traditions as an act of resistance
Food and Nutrition During the War in Ukraine	Olena Braichenko
Using in-depth interviews, this research project will look at issues surrounding food and culinary practices and how they have changed in wartime
