Antony Polonsky spent August 1991 at the IWM. During his stay he did research on Galicia which was incorporated into Poland: 1764 to Present, a volume for the Oxford History of Europe series. During his time at the IWM he also had an opportunity to collaborate with Robert Wistrich on the IWM Research Project conference on "Jews, Poles, and Ukrainians in Galicia: 1772-1918" which they jointly organized.
