Dorota Glazewska

In Poland there is still a strong need to learn from other experienced institutions on an international level. During my stay at IWM, I will focus on how different types of international think-tanks work. I am especially interested in cultural and institutional management, and the implementation of social engagement theory into every-day practice. Within my project, I will focus on selected case studies and different models of fundraising, management and team building, achieving long-term goals and building sustainability by non-governmental organizations. Given my role as CFO of the Stanisław Brzozowski Association, my research will be oriented towards pragmatic solutions in order to optimize our own organization.
