Eimear Wynne specializes in the philosophical hermeneutics of Hans-Georg Gadamer, Democratic Theory, Feminist Theory, Cosmopolitanism and Human Rights. She completes a chapter for a volume Feminists Re-reading Gadamer focusing on the Gadamer/ Habermas debate and its implications for feminist theory. Her research project deals with the hermeneutics of human rights, and she analyzes the work of Susan Moller-Okin, Georgia Warnke, Michael Walzer and Hans-Georg Gadamer.
