Iouliia Gradskova is interested in history and gender studies. She is working on the "Creation of the new women's images in contemporary Russia". The main emphasis is put on the impact of communist ideologies on liberalism and nationalism. Recently her article "The Democratization and Family in Chile and Argentin a" , appeared in Latín America, No. 8l 1995 (in Russian).
