Fellowships
FellowshipsKrytyka’s role has always been crucial in shaping the intellectual landscape of independent Ukraine. Combining print and digital editions, Krytyka is a journal designed to host fundamental and meta-level discussions on major and, sadly, often timeless social issues in Ukraine. In the most difficult of times it becomes a platform for rapid response, shaping the agenda of Ukrainian cultural elites, and a forum for some of the most prominent Ukrainian thinkers and writers. Since February 24, 2022, Krytyka’s team and Bentia, as executive editor, have returned to that mode of operation yet again. The featured topic The Russo-Ukrainian War (https://krytyka.com/ua/featured-topics/napad-rosii-na-ukrainu) is Krytyka’s current online project. Krytyka’s authors record their experience of, and feelings about, the war, and provide analysis for the rational part of current events. Their main focus here has been on preparing a vision for the future after the war, the reforms needed to make Ukrainian society stronger, and how to prevent any next possible aggression.
