Martin Koci

The project examines Patočka’s phenomenological philosophy both as a complementary and alternative perspective to the turn to religion in contemporary phenomenology. It treats Patočka’s reflection on the religious and examines the possibilities of Christianity against the backgrounds of Patočka’s critical attitude toward modern metaphysical absolutism and his retrieval of classical socratic metaphysical questioning.
