The aim of the project is to develop the conceptual foundations of the policy for the return of Ukrainian refugees and the attraction of immigrants from third countries. Its aims will be to assess Ukraine’s labor potential losses resulting from migration precipitated by the full-scale war, and the scale of post-war labor needs and the possibilities to meet them through migration; to substantiate the principles for attracting a foreign labor force; to identify priority groups of foreigners; and to develop measures for the (re)integration of potential groups of new arrivals.
