The IWM is happy to announce that Prof. Tomasz Rakowski, currently Tischner Visiting Fellow at the Institute, is one of the nominees for this year’s Jan Długosz Contest.
The Contest is an event organized annually in Krakow and held in association with the International Book Fair in Krakow which guarantees high interest among booksellers and publishers.
Tomasz Rakowski is nominated for his book Przepływy współdziałania, kręgi możliwego. Antropologia powodzenia (Fundacja Terytoria Książki 2019), which in English would translate as “Inflows, Cooperations, and Circles of the Possible. An Anthropology of Fortune-Prosperity.”
