The Heretical Essays in the Philosophy of History are one of Jan Patočka’s most important works. However, this book is at present largely unavailable in Spanish. A new translation from the original languages has been demanded for many years. This project aims at writing a new translation of this landmark work in 20th century philosophy within the environment of the IWM, an institution which has contributed greatly to the publicisation of Patočka’s philosophy.
