Agnieszka Pasieka

My research primarily addresses the relation between religion and politics and investigates the situation of minorities in the context of church-state relations in Poland. In the period 2008-2009, I conducted ethnological fieldwork in a multireligious and multiethnic rural community. This study provides the basis for my doctoral dissertation in which I will combine the ethnographic inquiry with a historical analysis.
