The peoples enslaved by the empire are rising up one by one in defense of their own rights. They know from bitter historical experience that they can rely only on themselves, that in the contemporary world, just as in Europe in 1939–1940, the interests of empire still outweigh the interests of the peoples. Our peoples never acceded to the lie about voluntary unification with the Soviet Union, and this is why we were the first to stand and fight for our freedom. And now all the other peoples of the Soviet Union are doing the same.
